Gouda makes a whole lot more than cheese, folks! GTP stands for Gouda Tobacco Pipes, founded in 1985 by Adriaan van der Want and Josephine van Aerssen in Gouda, Holland. Adriaan represented the eighth generation of a pipe-making family, carrying an old Dutch tradition forward with some decidedly fresh ideas.
These ceramic pipes feature double-wall construction, with a hollow space between the tobacco chamber and the outer shell, paired with acrylic stems. Finishes ranged from glossy glazes to matte and speckled treatments, while shapes ran from familiar classics to bold geometric designs.
That’s what makes these such interesting estate finds: generations of Dutch pipe-making heritage wrapped in something with a little extra personality. Mighty fine conversation piece for the porch when somebody notices your pipe looks a bit different from the rest!
Professionally restored. Stem is 9/10. Come and take it.

I combine shipping on orders over $40 in the continental US, just ask!
Measurements available upon request.
My shipping is a little more than some. I use UPS (unless it's going to a PO Box or non contiguous US) because UPS has a 98% success rate versus USPS at 87.5%. I have a dedicated UPS representative who goes above and beyond in the rare case there is a shipping issue. Three-ish dollars is worth the peace of mind in my opinion.
