Due to the nature of estate pipes, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.
Tobacco Products
Tobacco products cannot be returned once shipped in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Refund Eligibility
