Hardcastle is one of the classic old names in English pipe making and a longtime Dunhill sub brand.
Founded in London in the early 1900s, Hardcastle was already an established maker when Dunhill purchased 49% of the company in 1936. Dunhill acquired the remaining shares in 1946, bringing Hardcastle completely under the Dunhill umbrella.
Hardcastle continued producing proper English briars in traditional shapes, with well-known lines including Supergrain, Old Bruyere, Jack O’London and Royal Windsor. In 1967 Dunhill combined Hardcastle with Parker to form Parker-Hardcastle Ltd., further integrating production into the Dunhill operation.
Good old London briar with nearly a century of Dunhill family history behind the name.

I combine shipping on orders over $40 in the continental US, just ask!
Measurements available upon request.
My shipping is a little more than some. I use UPS (unless it's going to a PO Box or non contiguous US) because UPS has a 98% success rate versus USPS at 87.5%. I have a dedicated UPS representative who goes above and beyond in the rare case there is a shipping issue. Three-ish dollars is worth the peace of mind in my opinion
