Calibano brings a little Italian pedigree to the working man’s pipe rack. A sub of Mastro de Paja, the Pesaro maker, Calibano offered more standardized shapes and production at a more approachable price than the parent brand’s artisan lines. Classic billiards, Canadians, and bent shapes gave the range a familiar feel, with enough Italian personality to keep things interesting. For estate hunters, it’s a name worth knowing—a quieter stamp with a respected shop behind it.

My shipping is a little more than some. I use UPS (unless it's going to a PO Box or non contiguous US) because UPS has a 98% success rate versus USPS at 87.5%. I have a dedicated UPS representative who goes above and beyond in the rare case there is a shipping issue. Three-ish dollars is worth the peace of mind in my opinion.
