Production was never huge, and he ran his own pipemaking shops in Copenhagen for years, reinforcing his reputation as a maker’s maker — the kind of guy collectors trust even if he never became a poster-boy name like Sixten’s lineage or Chonowitsch. 
Today his work shows up strictly as estates, and the vibe is consistent: solid grain, practical Danish shaping, slightly understated personality, and dependable smoking qualities. Not a unicorn artisan tier — but absolutely a “real Danish pipe” tier piece that seasoned buyers will snap up when priced right.

My shipping is a little more than some. I use UPS (unless it's going to a PO Box or non contiguous US) because UPS has a 98% success rate versus USPS at 87.5%. I have a dedicated UPS representative who goes above and beyond in the rare case there is a shipping issue. Three-ish dollars is worth the peace of mind in my opinion.
